DC members can view historic information (prior to 6th January 2021) on MyPension but are no longer able to make any changes to details.
As from January 2021, the administration of Defined Contribution Benefits has moved to Legal & General - in order to view current balances and make changes to your details or any elections, please contact L&G on 0345 675 0017 or ibmpension@landg.com. Note that if you are an Active employee, you will need to change personal details in the Workday tool.

All communications between your web browser and the MyPension website are encrypted; look for the padlock symbol on your web browser.
We never ask for your MyPension personal security details in an email.
It is your responsibility to keep the contact details we have for you up to date.
You will be automatically logged out of MyPension if you are inactive for more than 20 minutes.
We will temporarily disable your MyPension account if three failed attempts to log in are made.
You will need your Surname, National Insurance Number and Date of Birth.
We will send a unique Activation Link to your email address immediately. This Activation Key expires after 30 days.
If your email address does not match the one recorded on our system, an Activation Key will be posted to your home address within 3-5 working days).
