MyPension

 

 

MyPension will be unavailable between 22/05/21 08:00 and 22/05/21 18:00 for routine maintenance
 
MyPension is a secure service that allows you to manage your IBM pension online.
 

DC members can view historic information (prior to 6th January 2021) on MyPension but are no longer able to make any changes to details. 

As from January 2021, the administration of Defined Contribution Benefits has moved to Legal & General - in order to view current balances and make changes to your details or any elections, please contact L&G on 0345 675 0017 or ibmpension@landg.com. Note that if you are an Active employee, you will need to change personal details in the Workday tool.

What you can do online

Active Members

  • View your personal details
  • View and update your beneficiary nomination (relating to DB benefits only)
  • View your historical fund value, transactions, and Annual Allowance information (if applicable)
  • View your benefit statements and SMPI statements

Deferred members

  • View and update your personal details
  • View and update your beneficiary nomination (relating to DB benefits only)
  • View your historical fund value, transactions, and Annual Allowance information (if applicable)
  • View your benefit statements and SMPI statements

Pensioner members

  • View and update your personal details
  • View and update your beneficiary nomination
  • View your annual pension
  • View your pension payment and P60 history
  • View and change your payment details
  • View your historical fund value and transactions (if applicable)

 

Security

Online security is extremely important to us. To help keep your information safe, please note:

 

All communications between your web browser and the MyPension website are encrypted; look for the padlock symbol on your web browser.

We never ask for your MyPension personal security details in an email.

It is your responsibility to keep the contact details we have for you up to date.

You will be automatically logged out of MyPension if you are inactive for more than 20 minutes.

 

 

Sign up for MyPension in two steps

 

Step 1:

Request your Activation Key

You will need your Surname, National Insurance Number and Date of Birth.

Step 2:

Activate your account

We will send a unique Activation Link to your email address immediately. This Activation Key expires after 30 days.

 

If your email address does not match the one recorded on our system, an Activation Key will be posted to your home address within 3-5 working days).
